The FMM only offered the packages with the DVD, stickers, etc. for the first year it was around. They had a limited number of them left that they sent out to some people who joined in the second year, but I'm sure they've been out of them for a long time by now.

The We Major CD wasn't an official part of the package but they sent one out to everybody who joined, I guess they must still have some of them left in the warehouse.
