A Tribute to Linkin Park - Tribute album, released in 2002, can be found commonly at stores like Best Buy.

Maximum Linkin Park - A stupid CD of a woman reading a biography about the band. Also can be found in stores like Best Buy.

X-Posed: The Interview - Pretty much the same as Maximum Linkin Park. It's not actually an interview with the band, if I recall correctly.

Guitar Tribute - Another tribute album, common in Best Buy/FYE.

A Gothic Acoustic Tribute - Yet another tribute album.

Dub Tribute - Another tribute album, this one in a kind of techno/trance style.

Bluegrass Tribute - Another tribute album, country-style.

Ultimate Tribute - Basically a compilation of tracks from various other tributes (mostly the original "A Tribute to Linkin Park" and the Gothic Acoustic one).

The Document - This is basically Maximum Linkin Park bundled with an unauthorized biography DVD that similarly doesn't even feature the band. The tracks on this were obviously put down by some idiot because My Reason is by the band Spiritfall and has nothing to do with Linkin Park, the Numb remix isn't official, and Behind Your Lies is not a real song title, it's QWERTY with a fake name.

FYI, media player databases are like Wikipedia. Anyone can edit them. That's why you'll find information for unofficial/bootleg albums like these in them.

I see "A Tribute to Linkin Park", "Gothic Acoustic Tribute to Linkin Park", and "A Dub Tribute to Linkin Park" all the time at Hastings. No one ever buys them. BTW, sometimes Hastings has some cool LP stuff. That's where I got my Meteora special edition :). I also saw the MTM digipack there but I already had the fan edition with the art book and stuff so I didn't get it.

In general, don't hesitate to buy the tribute albums if you like hearing other people's interpretations of songs (most of them are pretty bad though, really). Avoid the other ones though, they're pretty much pointless and totally unofficial (the tributes are unofficial too, but they don't try to be).

Definitely stay away from the Gothic Tribute and the Tribute To Linkin Park. I heard those, and they are horrible.

If you're thinking of listening to one, I recommend the Bluegrass one. Even if you don't like country, kind of like me, it's still fun to listen to, and they don't butcher the lyrics.

The only ones that are really any good are the Vitamin Records ones - the Dub Tribute (I think it's great, you just have to be into dub music) and the In the Chamber string quartet tributes (there's 2 of those).
