Except the controls. They blow. Hard. It's like steering a fucking boat. I failed the fourth mission 3 times already. The FOURTH mission...

i think i'll get this later today for ps3, although i am toying with the idea of buying myself an xbox, at the moment there doesnt seem to be any decent games availiable for ps3. cant wait for metal gear solid 4 though.

Well I've never been huge in GTA games, but this one actually looks great.

Did you guys preorder it? Which version is better, PS3 or 360?

PS3 is better technically, with less pop-up texture and a little grainier (Keep in mind, that you can't even tell this difference from playing them. You'd have too look at them in complete High-Def and side by side).
But the 360 has exclusive Downloadable Content for GTA sometime this year, and the online play will more than likely be greater on the 360 than the PS3.

I decided to do the deal with Dimitri, and it turns out that later Roman gets shot. If I didn't do the deal, would someone else get shot or something entirely different? Just a little curious.

I preferred the cartoony GTA games (the PS2 ones) more than this new "realistic" one as well. Don't get me wrong, it's still great, but GTA3 is pretty much the tops, even if it was just so awesome because it was the first of it's kind.

I love doing the missions, but now that I finished the game, It's fun just walking and looking around. I still have found out the alternate ending though, and maybe I'll GTA3 a try too.

I haven't played it, and I probably won't.
That's not so much by choice, I love GTA games, it's more.. that I lost the xbox360 in my last break up and didn't play it enough for it to be worthwhile buying another. Or a PS3.
