Well I was on youtube and there was a vid on bootlegs and ake songs. I already knew all of them except for the Madman Returns. It said that it was a fanmade instrumental with samples of Cure for the Itch. Is this true?

yeah, the sample of "Mr.Hahn" is a nasty copy paste thing, it gives it away.

i like it tho.
