Those were not really official videos. They are made for MTV2's "playback". Normally, there will be lyrics running on the scene, but LP decided to make 'interesting' vids for them instead, hence some LOL videos there.

i saw the "P5hng Me A*wy" video years and years back and i remember, i was like, "whoa." - the whole video is basically depicting a cycle of cannibalism. :)

i don't consider the "reanimation" videos canonical in regards to LP, save for "Kyur4 TH Ich", "Pts.Of.Athrty" and "Enth E ND". the rest of them, since LP had little or nothing to do with the production of most of them, and they were so hurriedly put together and don't relate to the respective songs at all, i don't consider them important.

Actually i think i've read somewhere it was kind of an experiment. They got people in a dark room and put music for a while and then a loud unexpected noise. What they're doing, was filming those people's reaction to that noise... I think Joe Hahn was one of those people, but i really can't remember.

Those videos are not available on any DVD, save for Kyur 4 th Ich and Frgt/10, which are on the Reanimation Audio DVD (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Reanimation-DVD-AUDIO-Linkin-Park/dp/B00006L7MV) (they're the only two vids from those playback videos that have HQ versions). The others are just bootleged/ripped from TV.

Pts.Of.Athrty has two versions, like Aphelion pointed out earlier. One is the official promo vid (HQ version available on the Reanimation DVD, or a LQ version on the enhanced CD) and the alternate one.

Is it me or do all (excludeing the proper ones Pts. Of. Athrty etc) these videos suck, and have little if no realtion to any of the songs in hand?

I know they where proberly rushed and only to have a video playing rather then just a blank screen, but if I heard reanimation for the first time with videos like these, it would distract me from the main thing in hand, the music and I have no doubt that a lot of other people would have been like wtf to these vids, taking away the focus of the actual album.

The audio portion of the DVD is also a 5.1 surround mix that sounds vastly superior to the CD, if you have a 5.1 system to play it on.

Also, the menus on the DVD have clips of the Crystal Method remix of Points of Authority playing in the background, it's kinda neat.
