Mmm.. do you mind explaining more bout this pre- mixtape version of Spray Paint and Ink Pen. I don't remember reading bout it. Or maybe I have it but I don't know (like usual,lol)

"spraypaint & inkpens" was leaked shortly before the online release of the fort minor mixtape. i downloaded it from LPassociation.com. after the mixtape came out, i deleted that song since "spraypaint & inkpens" was on the mixtape.

only later did i realise what i'd done. :o i've been after the song ever since ...

and i doubt that version was on the Vinyl. For what i know the different vinyls released as promos for We Major had clean, dirty and instrumental versions of the songs.

edit: it's not a demo, it's the normal song... nothing special. The only difference is that at the beginning it doesn't have the "this is an invasion, fort minor..." sample and that towards the end, the samples of the rewinds, voices and the beginning of Petrified (doors remix) aren't there.

If those are the differences, then it's not a demo or whatever you call that. It's just an edited version for the single.

well, i had both of the versions and comparing both of them and with a little common sense it's the only possible solution. Also, minuteman explained the differences on the SP&IP thread.

There is a clean and dirty version. and it seems that's all.

When people started talking about the early version i thought it was somekind of demo or something.

Anyways, thank you minuteman for uploading the song for those who don't have it.

Where'd You Go version without Mike? I only heard about one version by Holly Brook, she sang and rap (the whole song, and I think you have known bout this. I check out some versions of WYG on FMM, and there're 4 versions:
1/Where'd you Joe (joe remix)
2/BBB remix
3/SOB remix
3/cover by The Ritards

The first 3 versions are featuring Mike's rap (tho Joe's version sound pretty strange... I think Joe changed Mike's voice, that's all, since Mike didn't mention anything else in the note included)

The cover by The Ritards is the only thing without Mike.

That's all I know bout this (damn those FMM fuckers, some songs are no more available to download.I gotta check if I leave out anything)
