I really like all of linkin park stuff. I don't like to keep a narrow p.o.v on music, and ppl who say there new stuff sucks need to be more exact. Personally, I just don't think they like the fact they aren't as "hard" as they used to be, and they classify them now as a bad band, well not bad, but their new album bad. But i will have to heavily disgress because, saying that this album sucks would be stupid. They are saying that the music is bad, which in reality it is really good..well at least in my mind.
It is just a different sound and ppl aren't used it it, and they wanted something harder. I think the lyrics are very touching, and the music is great... its just that the majority of linkin park fans are into harder stuff, and they don't like the softer lp. Now of course i'm making a generalization, but that is my opinion.
anywayz, great job LP. Mike, if you read this, Hands Held High is very touching, and i'm working on trying to cover it haha. it is a sad attempt all together, but I can remember the majority of lyrics by heart so oh well:D , I tried bleed it out for fun, and even though i was messing around. kinda sucked haha.:p
