That would be the Faint EMT Remix made by Justin Lassen. One of the better fan-made remixes out there. He did an In the End remix as well.

The faint remix is quite respectable after all... although, the video editing makes the remix sound better.

A good remix is done with all the tracks separated, this guy managed to get a good result from working with the actual song.
