It's called Ambient or Secret by some fans. I believe it was a
demo for Session from Meteora. I have heard it, and it's like

That thing of secret/ambient being a demo of session is just a rumor for what i know. It doesn't even make sense that a song like ambient evolved into session.

The hidden track's only "real" title is "Track 7." In the booklet for the HTEP, it says "Track 7 by Mike Shinoda." Secret/Ambient are just made-up names by fans.

You mean "official" albums? you have a cd with 9 demos and other demos. There's little stuff about LP before they got signed.
