The Team was Carrousel demo
Explode was Part of Me demo
Rhinestone Pt2, for what I know, it's not the demo of Stick n Move, it's the stick n move we know but with a different name.

Untitled and Now I See... perhaps they were from Xero yes, from the time in between the recording of the sampler tape and changing their name to Hybrid Theory.

But yet, there's another song by Xero that very few people know about called Pictureboard. They have only played it once live.

And there's another one from Hybrid Theory... another song no one even knows the name... u can listen to it in a VEEEEEEEEERY old interview they did to them back in the days of HT. It's on utube i think, i'll search for it later and post the link.

yeah sorry I forgot.
Here it is: jammin' with hybrid theory (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaN1W71asjk) (perhaps you've already seen it)

at 02:34 you have the song I was talking about, it's just the intro, but it's still interesting. I think this is the first video interview they ever done, Phoenix is not even in it, its the only video i've seen in which you can se Kyle Christner performin with them

...nice ending it has.

Do you have the links to any of the Xero songs, besides the ones on the sampler tape?

Unfortunately no.
But, Untitled and Now I See, they must be the same songs we all have, it's just that perhaps those were written when they're still called xero and then changed their name to hybrid theory and just recorded them under that name.

I couldn't stop thinking about your last question...

Perhaps The Team and Explode are the demos we all know 'bout, i mean the demos labeled as Carousel demo and Part of Me demo...

I'm sure all those weird demos do exist, if i'm not mistaken they're uploaded in hybridtheory.com a very very long time ago.

no, i've been doing some research and Carousel, Part of Me and And One demos are post HTEP... they're rerecorded 'cuz LP kept working on those songs as they were going to include them in HT LP

hm.. interesting.. so I gave like "Forgotten demo" AND Rhinestone..

also I have Esaul, "Esaul demo 1" and "Esaul demo 2".. maan, I listened to them carefully and the demos are slightly different.. in the first verse at least..

also the first demo is similiar to "real" Esaul, exept in the bridge it says first "you try to take the best of me/STAY away"..

anyone know about these? I cannot possibly remember where did I got them, like years ago..

so I think it was like now, that they change and rewrite songs oretty much ,so quess they happened to record these versions..

Again I'm ganna post on a thousand year old thread. I find this thread interesting and so I needed to bring it back up. And also I found something on the LPlive list of songs played live by Linkin Park. I got to In Yourself/Be Yourself and it said it's rumored to be Pictureboard. Also, as most of you know, there is a third version of Esaul and supposedly the first version they came up with. It's the garage band performance from FPATPF. That sounds about right, but now that I see it could've been made during the Xero days, I'm not sure.

There are actually 4 versions of Esaul, if you count the Frat Party one. There are only 6 songs that we know for certain existed in the Xero days: The 4 songs on the demo tape, Esaul, and Pictureboard.
