The album is apparently already finished. He's just waiting to finish all his stuff with LP, so album release and touring, then he will release his album.

It wasnt Slipknot that he did those songs with, btw it was Korn's Johnathan Davis and those songs are on their respective soundtracks. Morning After is on the Underworld:Evolution and System is the Queen of the Damned cd. I think he did do Walking Dead with Slipknot though I am not sure.

I think that Dead By Sunrise might sound a bit like Grey Daze or maybe even something way different or maybe sound like LP's new sound, hehe :D. We'll never know, but I want to hear it soon, and I know it will be awesome :D! I can't wait for their CD to come out, when ever it does, lol :D.
