yeah, in a way a bit creepy ;) i can`t believe that numb`s really make sense, when it was played backwards. ^^ i downloaded a prog to reverse songs and reversed it by myself... yeah, what should i say? ^^ ... it was the same =D

was this just a biiiiiiiig hazard or a bit more? ^^ by the way: you can reverse "p5hng me aw@y" too... and some more... i think if you reverse "leave out all the rest" there are some senseful lyrics too ^^

It`s the same with p5hng me away... if you reverse it you can hear the chorus-lines... but whole "numb"... it completly senseful if you reverse it ^^ would be interesting to know, it LP knows that... when you reverse the last lines of "leave out all the rest" you can hear "you hit me up" or something like that... dunno if it was intended... they wrote in the meteora booklet that they hadn`t any probs to put and write numb together... ^^ but an fantastic effort and work ^^ now i like the reversed version better then the normal one xDDDDD

The only true thing is about ASP, other songs have not been confirmed about those new lyrics, so yeah, it's just your ears, not the band's intentions, I guess.

The thing with p5hng me away was intention, too ^^ well, i love the reverse-numb ^^ some say that they were satanic ;) in germany we talked somehow too about that... and reverse-numb is not the only song to hear these effect... and a lot of FM-songs work too ^^ i won´t believe that this is just a big hazard ^^

this is old news though. i reversed most of hybrid theory and meteora. i can't remember what they said exactly... but you can hear things clearly in some of them. i remember that from the inside had a clear part with something involving shooting or sum. can't remember.

i just tried to reverse figure.09 but it somehow didnt work clearly and now it is stretched over 5 min. mike´s and chester´s voices are much darker and the whole song sounds like something between slow rap and heavy metal.

btw it also works to reverse wish(live) from the lpu 4.0 cd but i dont have time to find out the words you can hear. i only understood few words but i think it could be a complete song.

well, Im not sure about that, the songs need to have negative things when reversing, but if they dont, then they are just subliminal songs but not satanic

it's only something to scare young children or sth. like that if people say you can hear satanic messages if you reverse a song. if you can hear some words when reversing a song it's either coincedience or it was planned by the band to put a message on a song. But i still wanna know if numb-reversed is a song planned by LP.

that's simply because in the normal song the vocals are reversed on purpose... there is no magic to it.

And regarding to numb and other stuff... it's just weird.
