Nope, it's not hard rock. It has some electronic feelings, and a bit of pop, like what you can expect from Depeche Mode. However, it's kinda scary when I did a research by Google and found an English band named the same. Advice for Chester: change the name again.

Morning After is Bucket of Weenies. I was there when they sang it at the Club Tattoo party a couple years ago.

Not officially.. neither is "The Morning After"

Let Down was by Chaz only, created shortly after Katrina.. or at least played for a benefit concert after Katrina.

The Morning After was a demo from back around the Grey Daze era. Yes, Chaz did sing it with BoW at Club Tattoo, but it was created before then.

I think both are gonna be re-mastered for the solo projekt though. I can't wait for it.

Chester Bennington recently sat down with Launch Radio Network for an interview and the subject of his solo project Dead By Sunrise came up. To reply, Chester put to rest any speculation the album will be out anytime soon.

"I was actually pretty deep into recording my other project, called Dead By Sunrise, and we were really far into the record. And then, you know, LP got together and we all decided that we wanted to make a record and start as soon as possible. So Linkin Park takes the lead, you know what I mean? So I stopped working on the record and I'll be finishing it up while we're touring over these next couple of years, and it'll be ready to go out."

Not just co-produced...co-wrote every song, just like the rest of the guys. And if you listen, he sings in every song...he sounds a LOT like Chester when Chaz is singing in his "purty" voice, and not the "angry" one.

I know ha, it's not like he's Chester's slave and obeys Chester, he has his own brain and he knows what he's doing.
However, you have to admit that he appears less on this album. It's a fact that he himself confirmed.
And I don't think he sounds like Chester. No. Without all the screaming and raspy parts,Chester has this sweet and smooth feel to his voice (and sometime, he does sound like a diva haha), while Mike's is warm and kinda lower.

Obviously many of you didn't read our blog, this is the official myspace for DBS. The reason we haven't officially announced it anywhere else is because LIKE WE SAID right now we are sorting out some legal and official stuff, we really haven't received permission or support to open up a myspace account, so you can take it or leave it.

Mike co produced the album, wrote songs, did pianos...yeah yeah..and hahn did a couple of things for the album too. But i don't care. For me hahn being in the band is me hearing him do some scratches and other dj shit, and for me mike being in the band is me hearing him rap. Mike is not a singer. He is an emcee dammit! That being said, "No Roads Left" is a good song....but its not what mikes really good at. Mikes good at spittin hot fire on 10 out of 12 tracks, and letting chester have 2 to himself. With all this said, i hope chesters album does so well that he leaves linkin park like fergie did the peas. Then linkin park can get jonah mantraga (red to black) or kenna (the hard way) as the new singer. Sorry chaz.

I personally disagree.... they are all good together. Granted, if it wasn't for Chaz LP probably wouldn't have taken off like they did.. but the LP sound needs all 6 of them to be together and do their thing in order for it to work.... other bands have tried to imitate it to try to boost sales (or come back from the dead (ie: "Drowning" by CrazyTown)) and it didn't work. Plus, as others have stated, the likelyhood of Chaz leaving is slim to none, and Fergie didn't leave the BEP so.. yeah.... Just because an artist from a band is doing something solo doesn't necessarily mean that they will (or have) leave their respective band. Mike didn't leave LP due to FM, so what makes you think Chaz will (or should) leave LP for DBS??

Calm down, dear. It's not Chester's fault that this thing or that thing happened to Linkin Park.
Honestly, I have the feeling that Mike is the CEO of the Linkin Park co. I remember some article said the same thing and I have to agree. It's Mike(and other members of course) who chose Chester to be the band's vocalist. It's Mike who decided to write himself out of the album. Don't be too harsh on Chester.
I know it's your opinion only, but dear, I think Chester deserves more than that. And I said it from the point of view of a Mike fan.
