why MTM with dvd not avail in some countries?

i'm from the philippines and the MTM dvd edition is not avail here.. also, my cousin (in singapore) told me that the dvd edition is not avail also there..

I believe the DVDs have been pulled from all shelves because of a defect in the dvd. Therefore, you won't see them in stores for now. Just sit, hang tight, and you'll see them soon.

it can be released in other countries later.In Greece the single what i've done was released at 30 april and not 3 april
