in pieces, no more sorrow, or leave out all the rest?

people really do seem to be quarreling over these. while LOATR is clearly the best (jk, ya'll), no more sorrow beat it in a couple polls (while it had at least 5 poll wins). In Pieces may not have won any polls as far as i've seen but does seem to be another favorite

In Pieces by far. It has a pop thing to it, but it's still nice to listen to. This is the only song that sounds fresh for LP, specially for the guitars. In my opinion, it has the most "innovative" (don't know if its spelled that way actually Oo) guitar of the album, they experimented with waaay different riffs to what brad is used to play. And the solo part, is not THAT great, but still is way better than the one in TLTGYA, more catchy at least (Although it lacks the feeling that the solo in TLTGYA holds within)..

LOATR is quite good untill the chorus starts... that chorus, sounds like simple plan, they could have done a better one and it'd definitely be one of MTM's best songs.
No More Sorrow... cheap stuff.

Yeah this was a difficult choice to make..hahaha. I chose In Pieces though...simply because it has a lot more musical creativity in it, imho of course. I'd really love to hear them play that live, especially brad's guitar solo...daaaaaaaaaaaammmmm that solo is awesome.

I voted for No More Sorrow, because overall I suppose I like it the most; however, I love all three, and No More Sorrow won my vote by only a small interval, possibly because I'm more attracted to heavier songs. But everytime I listen to LOATR I get a little teary, and In Pieces gives me goosebumps, notedly during the guitar interlude.

Of course, most of the album gives me goosebumps. Its entire tone and the mood it creates is very moving.

I love LOATR because the lyrics are amazing and it is very poignant to me personally right now, Lp songs have helped me through some really bad times in my life and some of the song lyrics really hold a great deal of meaning for me, this song is no different. Fantasic lyrics with fantastic music and some amazing singing

i adore in pieces. i cant even tell you exactly why, its just PERFECT. the way chester sings it gives me goosebumps and the music and guitar solo are so orgasmic. i dont like the lyrics of no more sorrow, not because i dont agree with them, but they seem forced to me.
and LOATR is awesome too, its my sons favorite song (and hes only 13 months old) but theres something about in pieces that makes it better than all the other songs...

In Pieces has the best solo IMO (after Qwerty), it's so touching and meaning, I love the way it goes on, you can feel the tension building up, it starts quietly and at the end it's much more aggressive, and I can relate so much with that song..
NMS is the song with more energy in the album (IMO), I love the intro and the rhythm it has aswell as Chester singing, it shows alot of anger.
LOATR is a beautiful song, excellent lyric, very meaning, Chester singing it sounds like an angel, I love his interpretation (as always) it´s very touching. These song calms me done but I can't avoid crying when I listen to it, it reminds me of my ex.

Well... I chose No More Sorrow, maybe because it cheers me up, once it´s a bit related with me and it helped me realising alot of things x]

hmmm hard question to answer.

In Pieces is just... right. i hated it to start off with but once i kept listening to it, it just grew on me more and more. I think Chester sounds really good and Brad's guitar solo is awesome (well, it's awesome to have come out of Brad, who usually wouldn't do a guitar solo). Even the music at the start of the song is good. it sets the tone of the piece and i like that - kinda quirky, but it works.

LOATR - this song actually made me cry. and i don't often cry to music, but this song hit an emotional chord (lol how emo of me). Someone said the chorus sounded like Simple Plan, but IMO, i think the chorus is the strongest part of the song. I actually quite like the lyrics throughout the entire song.

No More Sorrow - what can i say, this song is so much fun live. When LP open with it, you can't help but jump around and sing. That said, i think it's a catchy song, but out of the three listed, it'd rank last.

gah, i can't choose between In Pieces and Leave Out All The Rest... so i won't vote. :)
