Yeh, the song certainly sounds like "Believe Me" by FM. But it's not the exact song, some kind of remix I guess.

I know in general some of the samples are from Garageband (apple program) so somebody could of made the beat. I made a beat at skool using the volin sound of Believe me. it turned out sweet
